General Test Information
1)	Test applications must be turned in THREE WEEKS prior to desired test date. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
2)	Please send complete test application and fees to Dana Calayag (refer to Membership Directory).
3)	Each test should have a separate check and application submitted.
4)	Your coach will be notified of the test schedule. Please refer to your coach for any testing questions. Do not contact Dana Calayag directly. Your coach is responsible for this.
