~ Out of Club Permit ~
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING OUT OF CLUB PERMIT TO TEST
Effective: Summer 2007
To best accommodate our skater members, new this year is a year round permission
form for testing out of club and for competitions during the 2007-2008
season. The new form will allow skaters to copy the form and send it as an
attachment for permissions needed for testing/and/or participation in USFS
sanctioned competitions throughout the skating year. Note - you DO NOT
NEED to attach this form to any DuPage FSC - sponsored test sessions or
competitions. To receive this "Year Round" Permission form, you must RENEW
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. All DuPage memberships were due June 2007, so please be
sure that you have sent in your renewal and paid your fees. Some members
received their forms at the brunch; others will be mailed upon renewal of your
membership. If you are unsure of your status or have not yet received, you may

Club Policy on
The Jim Mirabile Gold Skate Award
Eligibility
The Jim Mirabile Gold Skate Award is a special achievement award presented to a
club skating member at the club's annual awards brunch. The club skater also
must have been a member for a minimum of two (2) years. Should the skater
pass additional gold tests in any year, the club will have an additional plate
inscribed to be added to the original plaque.
To receive "The Jim Mirabile Gold
Skate Award Plaque," the
skater must have passed their Senior and Junior Figures tests, Senior and Junior Freestyle
tests,
Senior and Junior Pair tests, or Gold and Pre-Gold Dance Tests at a DuPage FSC test session.
