Test applications must be turned in
THREE WEEKS prior to desired test date.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! |

Please send complete test
application and fees to Kay Larson (refer to Membership Directory). |

have a separate check and application submitted. |

Your coach will be notified of
the test schedule. Please refer to your coach for any testing questions.
