                    (i.e. if a skater to test the same level cancels before 12/27/2011)

     
     

 

NOTE:  The following are strictly enforced - Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

1

 No one will be allowed to test with incomplete paperwork and insufficient required fees.

2

 Correctly filled application forms, test fees, and Out Of Club permits must be turned in prior to the test date; the aforementioned articles can not be collected on the test date.
3 Skaters must check in with Ms. Larson ONE HOUR before their scheduled warm up time.
4 Skaters must be prepared to pay Ms. Larson ice fees and other miscellaneous fees on testing day.
5 This is a tentative schedule. Coaches will be notified of any changes.

 LESS THAN 24 HOUR CANCELLATION PRIOR TO TEST DATE (not 24 hours prior to test time) AND “NO SHOW,” RESULTS IN FORFEITURE OF TEST FEES.
